CashBrief.ai is self-serve AI-assisted cash report software. It helps small business owners connect business bank/card accounts, review suggested transaction categories, answer unclear items, generate weekly cash reports, and create CPA export files.

  • Generate CPA export files.
  • Queue report and question emails.
  • Customer Responsibility

    The customer is responsible for:

  • Connecting the correct business accounts.
  • Keeping personal accounts separate unless they want those transactions included.
  • Reviewing categories, reports, and exports.
  • Answering unclear items accurately.
  • Keeping source bank records, receipts, invoices, and accounting records.
  • Confirming final accounting, tax, payroll, and legal treatment with qualified professionals.

    No Money Movement

    Data Access

    Customer bank data is accessed through Plaid or another approved data provider. The customer may disconnect access at any time through the bank, Plaid, or CashBrief.ai account controls where available.

    Billing

    When paid plans are enabled, subscription billing is handled by Stripe. CashBrief.ai may require an active payment status before bank connection or ongoing reports are available.

    Limitations

    CashBrief.ai is provided as an operational cash-visibility tool. The customer should not rely on CashBrief.ai as the only record of financial activity or as a substitute for professional bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

    Cancellation

    Customers may cancel according to the active subscription terms. CashBrief.ai should provide a reasonable export option when available.
